1. Agreement to these terms

The Framing App (the “Service”) is operated by 31 Systems (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms on that business’s behalf.

2. The Service

The Framing App helps custom framing shops calculate quotes and manage jobs, customers and related records. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time as we improve the Service.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data, no reverse engineering except as permitted by law, and no uploading of content you do not have the right to use.

5. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service, including your pricing, catalogs, jobs and customer records. You grant us a limited license to host, process and display that data solely to provide and improve the Service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and for any information you collect about your own customers. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Pricing and payment

The Service is currently free while in early access. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, we will give you notice and you will be able to review the applicable pricing before any charges apply.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Quotes and calculations are tools to assist you; you are responsible for reviewing and confirming the prices you charge your customers.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 31 Systems will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
